In 2021, we reconstructed, manufactured and assembled a historic Spiess engine for the Monegasque racing driver Fred Lajoux and his March 793.  With the March 793, Helmut Henzler once won the Formula Super V with a Spiess engine in 1978, thus opening the successful way into Formula 3 for Spiess.

Fred Lajoux competes in historic racing events with the March 793 and does so very successfully.  Online is being reported about "the return of Fred Lajoux in great form".

In the first race of the 2022 Classic Formula 3 Championship, he finished first in both the first and second rounds with lap records. 

We were very happy about the dedication of Fred Lajoux and can hardly wait for the upcoming races!
