Our engine construction and production range is versatile. We develop according both our own specifictions and your individual wishes. Therby we accompany you with maximum commitment and competence during the entire course of the process – from development to the completed engine - and should you desire we also will do so in the run-up, during the conception process.
In every development project, the Spiess construction department executes the creation of concepts, layouts and detail constructions for the entire drive train or individual components and assembly groups. Our long-term experience regarding the diversity of materials used in the motor-racing industry and the appropriate measures helps us to meet your technical demand with a target-orientes approach.
Spiess engines and components are designed, developed and documented by the dint of the most sophisticated 3D CAD systems. The FEM analysis accompanying the construction process guarantees maximum rigidity of all the components, The use of Siemens NX as universal system that is utilised in every department enables us to bundle, update and access experiences. And it goes without saying that the continued data exchange with the customer represents and integral element in every project.
