In a race, the tiniest mistake can be crucial and therefore, we turn particular attention to quality. No part is built in without having been strictly examined - no matter if it was produced in-house or by one of our partners.
No matter if aluminium, steel, cast, coated components or rubber-like materials - we will execute the measuring of nearly every material. Our fully air-conditioned measuring room provides numerous measuring and examination possibilities. The 3D coordinate-measuring machine measures accurately to the thousandth of a millimetre - a size that isn´t visible to the human eye. Due to the high flexibility of the machine it can be used to measure work piece up to a weight of 1200 kg and a size of up to X 900 mm, Y 1000 mm and Z 800 mm.
By dint of data sets, CNC programming and target-performance comparisons can be executed in two or three dimensions. At the same time, reverse engineering into the CAD also is possible. In addition to conventional CNC programming based on the engineering detail drawings, we also can measure with data deposited in the CAD.
